There is much for children to explore in this spacious seafront villa
There are various garden areas to explore within the exterior of the villa, with plans to build an onsite playground. At the moment the grounds include a trampoline near the fruit garden, the olive trees garden, the fitness trail, and the patio in front of the house.
The bar at the heated pool is the perfect spot for drinks and snacks, and just nearby there are stairs that lead to the small beach below, with a few meters of shallow waters for children to play in.
There are wonderful walks and bike rides just over the Bengodi hill, with beautiful views overlooking the sea. You can also embark on longer walks ins de the Ucellina Natinal park which has vajouse beautiful trails and can also be explored on horseback.
Children can feed and play with the animals in the local farm near by which also sell organic products. Usually there are always horses, baby cows and pigs.
The village of Fonteblanda is walking distance and has a playground for small children, a football pitch and a padel field.
The small port of Talamone is also a few minutes away, and offers sailing classes while the nearest beach offers a variety of water sports lessons such as kiting, windsurf, and paddle board. A private speed boat can be offered as an extra with skipper, and for the older kids who like snorkelling, fishing or water ski, this is a fun activity as there are many great places along the coast to explore.
Indoors, three different sitting room spaces divide the leisure grounds. There is a dedicated tv room with cable tv, board games, and a small winter garden attached to the tv room which is ideal for small kids to go in and out in a safe enviroment.
